This Privacy Policy explains how Estate Vida, operated by Ryan Snyder LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects personal information. Ryan Snyder LLC (formerly named Estate Vida LLC) is a Florida limited liability company doing business as Estate Vida.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Property information: property addresses, home details, and your buying or selling preferences.
- Form data: what you send us through our contact form, including your SMS consent choices.
- Communications: records of our calls, texts and emails with you, including call recordings.

- Public records: listing history and ownership information from public sources and the MLS.

Service providers
We use service providers to run our business, who process information only on our behalf: customer relationship management (CRM), website hosting, phone, text and email communications, MLS/IDX data services, scheduling tools, and transaction management tools. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS Privacy
If you provide your mobile number and separately opt in to text messaging, Estate Vida, operated by Ryan Snyder LLC may use that number to send the categories of messages you selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent disclosure to vendors that process messaging on our behalf solely to provide the messaging service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or disclosures required by law.

Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
